    • All trip must commence from Malaysia.
    • NO refund of premium allowed once the certificate is issued. The insurance cover shall be non-renewable,non-cancellable.
    • For Single Family Plan - Policy shall include a maximum of 2 insured adults, accompanying with unmarried, dependent, legal Child(ren), grandchild(ren), nephew(s), niece(s) or cousin(s), aged below 18 years old.
    • For Annual Family Plan - Policy shall include Insured Person, Spouse and dependent legal child(ren) who is/are aged from 3 months up to the attainment of 18 years of age.
    • Payment via credit card only.
    • Each Insured Person are eligible for one policy per trip.
    • NO. You must purchase the policy prior to your schedule departure.
    • No extension is allow after the commencement date.
    • If you are travelling to multiple destinations within the same trip, you can be covered under the same policy. Please select the furthest region as listed under our area of coverage.
    • The ASEAN countries, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Macau, Maldives, Mongolia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tibet. The Pacific Island excluding Hawaiian Island.
    • The coverage commencing from the time when the Insured Person leaves his/ her place of residence or place of business for a direct journey to the place of embarkation in Malaysia to commence travel to the intended destination(s) and ceases on the below circumstances whichever occurs first:

      1. The expiry of the Period of Insurance.
      2. The Insured Person's return to his/her place of residence or place of business in Malaysia.
      3. Eight (8) hours after arrival in Malaysia.
